Some of us went to a new restaurant we havent been to yet, Pappadums in west London. The food was quite good. Below are some pics, and of course some silly pics of us! :)

Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Joginder Singh Vedanti Ji...

On Saturday 12th April 2008, very special guests visited Bhai Davinder Singh Jis house for Kirtan & Langar. The Guests were the current Jathedar of the Akaal Takhat Giani Joginder Singh Vedanti Ji, Giani Ranjit Singh Ji & Bhagat Teja Singh Ji. The Jathedar of the Akal Takhat is the highest spokesperson of the Sikh Panth and is meant to be a spiritual leader without control or influence from any outside, politically motivated sources.

Shabad Kirtan recited by Bhai Amerjit Singh Ji (Vaja) and Bhai Davinder Singh Ji (Tabla). Bhai Jaswant Singh Ji is doing Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaaj's Seva.

Akaal Takhat Jathedar Giani Joginder Singh Vedanti Ji talked about many different issues. One particular point he mentioned was that to learn and understand Gurbani correctly one must meditate (Paath/Seva), study and devote much time and effort, otherwise this cannot be done correctly.

Below are some photos from the last few weeks. Its always gr8 when ur family/friends come stay round ur house. Always a fun time! lol :) We been busy doing a few different things...

We always try and find some time to play with lil Imaan Singh...

I took lil Gurchetan Singh & Chaman Singh to one of my favourite restaurents, Karahi in Hounslow, they got gr8 Paneer dishes...

Lil Harjyot Singh is so funny, he filled up the balloon with some "fart", to blow in Gurchetans face... lol :)

These 3 guys came to stay round, including Beant Singh from Birmingham, very funny guy. He needs more practise on the nintendo wii tho lol...

Bhai Davinder Singh came to Martindale Gurudwara for an Akhand Paath Bhog, he went to bed straight after! funny boy... :)

Above is a short video of Gurchetan Singh sleeping. Last time he was sleeping we put nail varish on him and he didnt notice till a few hours after he woke up! lol He doesnt believe us that hes a heavy sleeper but the video proves it...

Bhai Amreek Singh Ji Interview - Team Fauja...

Below are two very short video Interviews with Bhai Amreek Singh Ji, a Sikh Marathon Runner. These videos are in punjabi (Language spoken) and some English. These Interviews were filmed after the Edinburgh Marathon in Scotland. The questions were asked by Bhai Davinder Singh Ji in 2007. Hes around 75 in this interview. Not many people know this but hes a more accomplished Marathon Runner than Bhai Fauja Singh Ji, having run more marathons & been running for many more years than Bhai Fauja Singh Ji. Which is a great Achievement.

Hes part of "Team Fauja", which recently completed a world record by running and completing a full marathon relay at the Edinburgh Marathon (26.2 miles). The combined age was 394, and consists of five senior members. They are Bhai Fauja Singh Ji, from London aged 96, Bhai Amreek Singh Ji from Glasgow aged 75, Bhai Karnail Singh Ji from Glasgow aged 76, Bhai Ajit Singh Ji from Huddersfield aged 74 and Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Ji from Gravesend in Kent aged 73.
