More Snow in England...

(By my Brother)

What a great day! Me and Jazz love the snow! :) In London, England it has snowed 6 inches in less than a day! :) loads, loads and loads of people missed work, school etc to have fun in the snow. :) In England, it only snows about once every few years, even then its only for less than a day and only a inch of snow etc. This is the most snow England has seen in 20 years! :) Most of London came to a halt. Below are some photos from Munpreet Kaur, and some photos from the bbc.co.uk website... More photos 2mro! :)

These are the photos taken on the bbc.co.uk website. Aboves, motorists were being warned of dangerous driving conditions.

The snow forced the closure of both runways at Heathrow Airport. The Northern runway later reopened but by the afternoon more than 700 of the airport's 1,300 daily flights had been cancelled.

Scotland was braced for the arrival of snow. Weather warnings are in place for southern and eastern areas and some schools say they will be closed on Tuesday because of the forecast.

Alot of people went to the parks, to slide down the hills...

Some people did try to go into work...

For most of the day, public buses didnt go on the roads, as it was too dangerous. This is the first time in London's history, that there where no buses.
