On Saturday 12th April 2008, very special guests visited Bhai Davinder Singh Jis house for Kirtan & Langar. The Guests were the current Jathedar of the Akaal Takhat Giani Joginder Singh Vedanti Ji, Giani Ranjit Singh Ji & Bhagat Teja Singh Ji. The Jathedar of the Akal Takhat is the highest spokesperson of the Sikh Panth and is meant to be a spiritual leader without control or influence from any outside, politically motivated sources.

Akaal Takhat Jathedar Giani Joginder Singh Vedanti Ji talked about many different issues. One particular point he mentioned was that to learn and understand Gurbani correctly one must meditate (Paath/Seva), study and devote much time and effort, otherwise this cannot be done correctly.
